Playing by Ear

  • Pick out your favorite songs from start to finish without reading notes.
  • A four-level method, ear training and more.
  • Use both hands, continually building to create fuller sounds through chord analysis and voicing.
  • Improvisation and composition.

Weekly Piano Instruction

Individual / Partner Piano Instruction: 50 Minutes Weeklys
Piano Instruction: 25 Minutes
Also Includes 25 minutes of one of the following each week:
Computer Lab: Ear training and theory reinforcement through the use of software.
Sight Reading Lab: Sight reading at electronic keyboard with midi Orchestrations. (Private)
Theory Games: Reviewing theory concepts with board games. (Partner)

Labs are designed to meet Certificate of Merit, state leveling guidelines.

Individual Instruction is only considered after 2 years of
beginning group instruction or at teacher's descretion.
